my relatives came over ytd, so today we all went to sentosa.it was not bad i guess. went to underwater world, wax museum, luge, then 4D cine blast, all were not bad. BUT. we actually missed the dolphin show. There were 8 of us, mind you, and each ticket cost $10.20. Firstly, the show only lasts 10 minutes. which means though we were 5 mins late, by the time we flew there they said sorry, the show's gonna finish alr, and the place is full. so 80 plus dollars down the drain like that. Sentosa needs a refund system. >.< grrrr.

DAY ONE 31st May 2010

Met OG7 !!! =DDDDDDD victoria, jocelyn, felicia, EE, dione, joel, yingchen, dylan, daniel, aishah, jennifer, jia yu, wan yu,marie plus OGLS alethea and bensen
WOOOTZ ! then we played orientation games and went through god knows how many hours of lectures and talks plus eating.THEN we went to our performance workshops( HIP HOP FTWWW) and bathed at what, 11?? LOL. OH OH and we also started planning our OG performance, hahaha ladygagamons ~~~~

DAY TWO 1ST JUNE 2010

Had writing workshop number one :))) kena exposed to EE's erotic stories lololol. AND WE MET GREG! LOL. who came into our lives with a story about honey in jars =DD then it was the excursion to the asian civilisation museum where we got filmed and appeared on tv. lol and we all got I <3 MUSEUMS stickers hur hur. i still remember how greg had to stuff half an ice cream into his mouth and got a brain freeze cuz we werent allowed to eat in the museum or smth hhaha. :))))) and i got inspiration for my story which i intended to be humorous but turned into yet another horror story lol. jia yu nearly fainted hahahaha. then we had more hip hoppppppp :DDDDDDDD and we finished learning the first song. eenie meenieeeee <3

DAY THREE 2ND JUNE 2010

we started the day by waking up late again HAHAHAH. and. we. had. PLENARY LECTURE number one. :OOOOOOO where LOTSA cappers fell asleep HAHAHAHAH. not engh sleeeeppppp lololol. but we dont mind =DDDDDD and then were our last two writing workshops. mine was play and prose. the play was really enjoyable. jocelyn, greg and cassandra, I LOVE OUR SCRIPT about honey and gravy and pies and a bear hahahha. prose was pretty awesome too. hahahh we jc kids all kinda bullied gideon lolol though we failed to scare him HAHAHA. i have to say that two of the teachers were really irking me srsly during the play workshop gah gah gah. and we ended off with hip hop and bathed at 1130 or smth hahaha

DAY FOUR 3RD JUNE 2010

kickstarted the day with publisher's panel, which sadly we probably only heard half of as many ppl were dozing off again. :O thennn we had performance workshop rehearsals. whoo hip hoppers made everyone proud by practising really hard, it was absolutely heart warming. <333 then we had the OG PERFORMANCE. OG7 THE AWESOME WON WITH DANCING TO BAD ROMANCE LOLOLOL. WOOOOOOTTTTTTT!!!!!! and we WON TWIGGIE MAN, TWIGGIES ( which we ACTUALLY gave away :O) , CHIPS, chupachups( how to spell?), RAISIN BREAD O.O, annnnnd POPCOORRRRRNNNN !!!!!! whoo then we had alumni sharing session and a movie that nearly scared half of us to death. couldnt really sleep.

DAY FIVE 4TH JUNE 2010

we can prob blame the movie for the huge number of us who woke up late this particular morning. zzzzzz.everyone had to CHIOONNNGG to pack and wash up and change to reach the hall at 730 for check out. then we had takeaway breakfast which made everyone thirsty and we all had to buy canned drinks. then we left for the faculty of arts and social sciences and had TEA. lol very full alr, very full. then was plenary lecture two on the black pacific. i was just intersted in the whole jap ppl dressed as black ppl thing. :)))then there was a short film screening, cashless which was not bad luh but i didnt get to ask where they got the ambulance from. o.o then was lunch and full dress rehearsal for the performance workshops for the closin ceremony. hip hop did well !!!! :)))))))) so did everyone else :))) then was dinner and finally,,, the ceremony that would end our CAP experience. :((( but the hip hop performance was AWESOMELY fun, once we got started we couldnt really get nervous anymore. :)) after the whole thing we got on stage and did an encore whoo whooo !!! AND THEN THERE WAS THE MASS CAMWHORE SESSION WHERE EVERONE WENT TAKING PHOTOS WITH EVERYONE OR SMTH LOLOLOLOLOL. OG7 took a video of ourselves doin bad romance !!! <3333 AND WE ALL GLOMPED TWIGGIE MANNNNN !!! ( then we ripped twiggie man apart ;( ) and i returned eeyore to yun xin ;(((( and we left.... wts. I've really got to stop 'killing' ppl with my hits and tackles. ack. SORRY to boon yee, benson, carolyn,aruna and saiful(who kena quite a lot of times alr o.o) and a lot of other ppl. -.- maybe i can get a stick that doesnt allow me to hit flying balls zzzz. speaking of which saiful pronounced my stick as officially internally broken. MEANING i NEED a new one now , not just WANT a new one. got back home and broke the news. of course she got angry..... blaming it on how i loaned out my stick for abt half a year in sec sch. most of the time in my house acts of kindness or whatever dont do you any good. :(((( thought she would understand (from how my first stick totally got holey and cracked up in sec two) that i actually do possess the sufficient strength to penetrate carbon fibre. -.- hopefully i dont have to pay for it myslf. i'm broke. -.- and jasmine needs her BRAND NEW stick so i can just go get mine when she does. of course i cant deny that i cant wait to get mine, and that i have my eyes on the awesome new version mazon black magic fusion. o.O grays is nice but too heavy for me to tackle properly. and i'm so used to mazon sticks anw.

went for self training yesterday. AND IT DIDNT RAIN LOLOLOLOL. seee ???? hahaha. BUT i teamed up with the j3s to play against the j1 guys , and since we didnt have any gear or protection i got 'fined' with 6 rounds by ms tay. we do more than six rounds for pe anw so i figured anything la and chose running 6 rounds over standing and watching from the sidelines. but the thing with having no guards is that you cant play with your all. there's always that smth holding you back cuz you know very well you could get a concussion or need stitches if you get hit seriously. and we were playing against guys.... so yeah. 6 rounds warm up for me on monday..

wednesday was our second official hockey camwhore day LOL. not bad, not bad at all. AND we managed to get an awesome team photo. HAHAHAHA. it's up on the hockey board now!. :) speaking of which the board is FINALLY done. omgosh. took three days lahh. thanks to all of those who stayed back to help. :)luckily it turned out fine. :)

AND it didnt rain. i dont care hahaha my not coming to self train didnt halt the rain OK. LOL. :P AND on the way back home on the mrt i had to pass by aj and see everyone training at the D and there i am stuck in the train..... like wts. but ah well.... -.-

ZOMGGG. it had better be worth it. the opportunity cost is waaay large. -.- and WHERE in the name of merlin's pants is grange road? OK. so lately my specs have been getting in the way A LOT when i'm playing sports, so i asked if i could get contacts. Admittedly once i asked my subconscious mind was telling me, 'no point asking, you know the answer will be no'. AHA sub-con mind, thou was wrong. lolol. i settled the order today and next next week i should be going to school without specs for the first time since what..6 or 5 years old or smth? LOL. ( if i can even get them into my eyes that is). my sister will rmb the last time she had to help me with eye drops ( heh, 5 minutes of resistance :D )I can totally imagine myself sitting in the same chair in front of the same mirror in front of the same person in the same shop on the same day trying to stuff two concave pieces of plastic onto my pupils MUAHAH. that oughtta be fun and enriching. :D

i'm srsly trying to love econs as much as possible now so that i wont feel a tendency to loathe it IF and WHEN it gets terribly complicated. xDDD but its fun right now ! :D -crosses fingers-

mood: half overjoyed and disbelieving, half frustrated

reasons: got a piece of good news,but a bit of bad response, and had PI to deal with.

training: crashed by myself since the rest were running for make-up. emo-ish, hitting to the blue thingy by myself, celebrating yet also thinking abt PI.

food: mix n match, sparkling apple juice, cup noodles, and junk food at tuition ( oops) -.-

Overall: not too bad a day, maybe i just hate PI too much.

A writing mood has today overtaken my brain, so subconsciously i have digressed from my econs mindmap to this place as i have done so many times before, and here's what i've come up with:

As she stepped over the threshold and into the merciless path of the brutal winter wind, she felt ,queerly enough, that everything was finally falling fittingly into place. The torrents of air whipped her golden-brown tresses about the sunken contours of her face, and in a fit of euphoria and realisation she carelessly decided, on impulse, to venture further on across the road that lay before her, beckoning. On she plodded through the thick snow that had hidden the usual unpleasant sight of pavement bicycle marks from view, piled up upon the cement her own husband had helped to lay and press ten years ago.Or had it been twenty? She hardly thought about steve anymore, not since he had flown off to 'that place' everyone told her was somewhere up above without a word. How dare he. She recalled now how she had returned home, just last night, to find herself a widow (the body had been recovered from the lake twenty miles from home). She suddenly wondered why she was outside at this very moment, and not in the bathroom weeping her eyes out over the loss. Then again she experienced that feeling of jigsaw pieces falling into place. A feeling of accomplishment, a feeling of pressure lifting off her shoulders at finally having solved it, a feeling of...release.

She couldnt recall the last time he had given her a gift on her birthday. Come to think of it he had forgotten every single one since the day their marriage had been legalised. He had smoked, gambled, drank, and ordered her around. Everytime he spoke to her would be to request his fourth glass of wine, or to tidy up the 'messy birdnest of a house' he claimed they lived in. As this thought grazed her mind she realised she couldnt recall what she had done after he had requested another tidying-up of the house last afternoon.

At this moment a branch was blown off a nearby tree and hit her squarely on the forehead. As she raised an arm to check for a wound, she saw that her hands were smeared with a certain red substance, flaky now that it had dried upon her skin. Flaky...

The half-crazed widow recalled, all of a sudden, the fact that she had woken up that very morning to find herself sleeping under a tree by the lake twenty miles from home, a knife in hand, and a weird,unfathomable sense of accomplishment at having gotten rid of something somehow. Slowly, she grinned.


( oookay i have no idea why i just wrote that hahahaha. I'm not sadist ah lolol cross my heart. hope you understood what i was writing about, but my thoughts are kinda messed up today. xD ) anyway back to econs. :)))))))
