Level of lethargy felt: beyond description
Good things that happened: there was training,team lunch, use of the com lab, and camwhoring.
Cause of angst: PI, failed hits and pushes in trng, rain, frustration at stuff and people,the thought of maths tut tmr morning, lethargy, and my stpd leg muscle pull, 5 stations tmr.....><, pondering unfathomable things in my life
What i'm dreading for tmr: napfa with an injured leg, maths and gp tutorial,the fact that there's no trNG

so i woke up specially at 8 plus on sunday to mug for mon's chem test till 2AM.
ahh imagine my angst when an unfinishable paper got shoved under our noses.
lesson learnt: whether you mug or not, for a chem CT, you will still fail.
opportunity cost: those 3 hours of sleep i lost. >.<
yeah so here i am again today at -checks clock- 12.15 cramming the last of the functions notes into my about-to-burst brain, knowing very well that i shouldnt even be at this website in the first place. ahwell.

i still enjoy hoping that i'm really a witch and that when i'm of age rumbleroar or dumbledore's gonna whisk me off to study charms and DADA. (ah wait, dumby's dead) WHOO RUMBLEROAR. i need some magic in my life. :/

Anyway this week was pretty awesome, got to play hockey on mon, wed, thurs,and today played a bit during break by myself HAHA. So i got li wei and yan bing to crash the guy's trng with me, cuz life without hockey is just plain boring. And we got to do li wei's fav ladder drill lol, and we played handball. Cant blv it, i must have been playing too much basketball and captain's ball in sec sch, keep throwing the ball overhead LOL. Before that was pe, running SIX rounds continuous. Guess so much PT during hockey trng made it ok.
SIGH cant wait to start doing like texts for lit, poems are getting kinda >.< since we're doing them lesson after lesson, after lesson etc. Econs is fun ttm. LOL. today during the tutorial wang zhe was trying to copy my ' i dont like you phrase' and the teacher walked in as i was repeating it, and nearly collapsed trying to explain that i was referring to wang wang HAHAHA. AH WELL.
What is the meaning of thinking about not letting us carry our sticks around in school? GAH. i feel so insecure when i dont have my stick around with me. Just becuz of one incident they expect every sports teen to fight when they walk around in school???

sigh. then went home and it turned out one of them a bit CMI one. so....down to two books. yeaaappp. prob should reread my harry potter series for the 25th or smth time HAHAHA. that'll keep me occupied for 3 or 4 days, but i wont have the control to tear myself away from the books and do hw. :DDDDDDD

Basically according to the facebook application 'Are you lucky?' i'm supposed to be 100 percent lucky today LOL. CHEAT MY FEELINGS. it rained today and we couldnt crash and self train. >.<
lol at least i played a bit of hockey during the 3 hr half break today, but using my slazenger stick. kinda sad that i've only switched sticks for such a short time and that blue stick alr feels kinda weird. D: it's been manhandled by me so much it's gone off balance. maybe that's why it rotates when i hit and sends my ball in the wrong direction sometimes. ah well. :(
lol i do want a new stick, but i do still love my old version black magic mazon. :/
i think i wont exactly be going around banging it violently on concrete anytime soon.
lol guys debra the PRONcess suggested that we get a HOCKEY HOODIE. HAHAHAHAHHA.
we shall put it to a vote on monday. we need a hockey shirt HAHAHA.
lol went to the gym today and ran one km at high speed on the treadmill HAHA. lost 60 calories, which now i think carefully through can actually be counted as pretty little LOL. but treadmill= no hot sun. breathing prob minimised AHAAHA. i should use the gym more LOLOL.

FINALLY found out why everyone kept singing 'shawty like a melody'. It's quite an awesome song :))
Today we had team lunch and team talk. Pretty productive. :))) team goals are set at last. :DDD love you guys.
Then. came. training.
2 rounds warm up as per usual. then..
drills
drills
drills
drills
which were fun lol. tiring though, like srsly.
then we did an interval round the track, 10 whole minutes worth of jogging, sprinting, jogging, sprinting etc. then conditioning, 3 sets worth of 25 crunches, 25 push ups and 3 bridges( one for 40 secs, 2 for 30 secs) and we sang songs throughout to ease our suffering HAHA. must say it helped. :)
I n E day was awesome. NO LESSONS. HAHA. and the agility test was pretty fun, but the beep test was >.< . never thought i'd have to do it again after YOG tryouts. -.-
oh well. i realised my breathing problem has improved since last yr :DDD
beep test, then PT during trng. wonder how i'm gonna survive PE tmr. o.O

so ytd we experienced for the first time, one of saiful's famous 'bad' trainings.
the warm up was our usual 2 rounds, and funnily though we were prepared for what was to come we kinda went too fast.and so panting and heaving we walked over to him after, hoping for a water break.and we were told to do stretching, then run 6 rounds. yooohooo ~~~ >.< luckily the training with sticks after that was pretty enjoyable, it felt good to do some drills again. :)))) but WOAH backache.
then before we ended off came strengthening with HOCKEY STICKS (which are long and REALLY heavy, mind). well at least we found out for sure whether we possessed arm muscles or not, hur hur.then came MORE strengthening, but our usual one. Bridge, Crunches, Bridge, Crunches, BRIDGE.if everyone's not muscular by end of this yr we can go bang wall.
WHOO it's APRIL alr. finally. heheheh. 16 more days to mah bday. :) hint hint :DDD *

Can't exactly rmb the last time i havent fully enjoyed a self-training. Well yeah back in st nicks training without a coach wasn't that much slacker. lesser rounds yeah, but you still do the usual drills, up , down, up, down etc. But it's fun, except when ppl holler at you for being excessively violent. >< (sry man.)
And you'd think self-trng in this sch'd be one where everyone's all HIGH and WHOOHOO-ish. Prob wouldve been. Except luck was SO DOWN that day. -.-
