so ytd we experienced for the first time, one of saiful's famous 'bad' trainings.
the warm up was our usual 2 rounds, and funnily though we were prepared for what was to come we kinda went too fast.and so panting and heaving we walked over to him after, hoping for a water break.and we were told to do stretching, then run 6 rounds. yooohooo ~~~ >.< luckily the training with sticks after that was pretty enjoyable, it felt good to do some drills again. :)))) but WOAH backache.
then before we ended off came strengthening with HOCKEY STICKS (which are long and REALLY heavy, mind). well at least we found out for sure whether we possessed arm muscles or not, hur hur.then came MORE strengthening, but our usual one. Bridge, Crunches, Bridge, Crunches, BRIDGE.if everyone's not muscular by end of this yr we can go bang wall.
WHOO it's APRIL alr. finally. heheheh. 16 more days to mah bday. :) hint hint :DDD *

alright! tmr's I n E day! best part about it is that it's probably indoors MUAHAHA. no worries about reverting back to lessons as a wet weather programme. :DD
and tmr = team lunch and team talk :D
then training :))) ALL HAIL STICKWORK. BOO PT !!! HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHHAAH. oops. just do drills larr, also can improve stamina. :DDDDDDDDD
